# Mansur is a ethnic Avar judoka from Russia. In 2012, he won the finals at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the class -73 kg against the Japanese Riki Nakaya. This was Russia's second gold medal in the Games, after judoka Arsen Galstyan's victory two days earlier in Men's 60 kg.
