On 10 April 2013, Castillo was found dead in her bed while on a trip to Australia, having suffered from a cardiac arrest. Castillo had travelled to Australia with pageant coach Diego Alcade Sangalli to help with the Miss Teen Australia pageant

Brandt died in 1982 as the result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the age of 22.
When told to have had a recurrence of her disease, Ekvall moved to the United States and checked into University General Hospital in Houston, Texas. Despite the intense medical treatment, her health condition began deteriorating and she died in the afternoon of December 17, 2011.
On 6 January 2014, Spear was in her native Venezuela on vacation with her ex-husband and their five-year-old daughter. On a highway in central Carabobo, when the three were inside their car waiting for assistance after the vehicle had broken down, Spear and her ex-husband were killed during an attempted robbery and their daughter shot and wounded in the leg.
She died on December 2, 2015 at the age of 77 at her home in Manizales.

Silayan died aged 46 on April 23, 2006 due to colon cancer. She was survived by her husband Michael Bailon and three children, Victor Margheriti, Timothy Bailon, and Micaela Bailon. Her grave is located in Manila Memorial Park, Paranaque City.
